Yeah, fortunately I noticed both bosses when I went to do this elite cap in the same area a couple days ago, and was able to pull just one group at a time.

I didn't have a problem taking down both groups, walk in pull whatever comes, kill, finish off the rest. Took less than 5 minutes.

Although I will say that two of the same bosses spawning in the same area is definately a bug.
